    Palm Beach Pirate Park Design & Construct Tender

    Zone Landscape Architecture, in conjunction with Boyds Bay Group, was selected by the City of Gold Coast to Design and Construct the new Palm Beach Pirate Park play space. Palm Beach Pirate Park is located alongside Currumbin Creek, providing a Pirate Ship themed playground that caters to the scores of tourists and residents alike. Zone Landscape Architecture have provided a thoughtful and resourceful playground full of adventure and discovery. The materiality and construction offers a resilient, yet attractive playscape that fits with the local surroundings. Pirate Park caters to all age groups, drawing visitors in to find hidden treasures and trails, and offers multiple levels of engagement to encourage participation in active outdoor play

    Lillium Estate, Villaworld

    Zone Landscape Architecture is more than a Landscape Architecture studio. We offer our clients a wide range of services, including DA and marketing renders of their developments. We worked with Villaworld on their Melbourne based development Lillium to produce a range of renders for their marketing packages. Renders were produced to showcase the proposed wetland within the development and the amenity that it provides residents.

    Vue Broadbeach

    Zone Landscape Architecture was involved in the design and delivery of the Vue Apartments Development. Developed by Andrews Projects, Vue Apartments in Broadbeach is the pinnacle of luxury beachside living. The unique project is located 120 metres from the beach and features 71 stunning apartments and penthouses. Zone Landscape Architecture was tasked with the landscape design development for the project, as well as the detailed design construction drawings.

    Schusters Park Design & Construct Tender

    Zone Landscape Architecture, in collaboration with Boyds Bay Group, was chosen by the City of Gold Coast to take on the role of designing and constructing the new Schuster Park play space. Schuster Park, situated alongside the picturesque Tallebudgera Creek, is a vibrant jungle-themed playground that caters to both the local residents and tourists who frequent the area. Zone Landscape Architecture has crafted a play area that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully designed to offer an array of exciting and educational experiences.   The design of Schuster Park reflects careful consideration for its natural surroundings and the potential challenges it may face, such as major flooding. This demonstrates the commitment to creating a resilient and sustainable playscape that can withstand adverse conditions while preserving the local character of the area.   Schuster Park is a place that caters to individuals of all age groups. Its design encourages visitors to explore hidden challenges and trails, creating a sense of adventure and discovery. This not only fosters physical activity but also stimulates cognitive development, making it an ideal spot for families and children to engage in active outdoor play. The park offers multiple levels of engagement for all age groups, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.   Schuster Park has been acknowledged through accolades in the field of landscape architecture. In 2022, it received the AILA QLD Landscape Architecture Award for Play Spaces, a testament to its innovative and creative approach in designing a modern and engaging play area. Additionally, it received a commendation in the Parks & Leisure Playspace category, further underscoring its significance and success as a well-designed public space.

    Avaline, Burpengary

    Zone Landscape Architecture was engaged by KDL Propoerty Group to undertake the landscape design works and construction management for their new estate Avaline, located in Burpengary. Works started with the design of the entry statement element for the frontage of the development. Utilising stone work, and anodize look powder coating techniques, we were able to achieve an entry design with an earthy palette that also has a sense of elegance, with the inclusion of elements and shapes dervied from the marketing and design bookeltes prepared for the development.

    Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct

    Zone Landscape Architecture was awarded the landscape design component of the new Philip Street, Communities and Families Precinct in Gladstone. The precinct offers a vibrant and evolving space that supports and enhances community wellbeing, allowing community to connect with services and groups in an informal setting. Stage One includes the entry streetscape, internal embellished parkland with an open air, breakout spaces, a new carpark, Labyrinth Bush Tucker communal garden and an all abilities play space. Philip Street was the receipeient of the 2022 AILA QLD Regional Achievement Award for Central Queensland and Community Facility of the Year award from Parks & Leisure.
